| 1. I'm having troubles installing your game! |
Please, do the following:
- Unzip the whole distribution .zip file in an empty folder – do not use "automatic installers".
- A ReadMe.txt file and/or a User Guide (.pdf or .html) will appear in this folder – each of these will contain detailed installation instructions for the particular game!

| 2. I’ve installed the game but it asks for a "skin file" and exits?!? |
Most of the games have the image files in a separate file, called "skin". The skin contains only the images for a particular screen size and color depth combination and saves the space on your device.
First, please follow the instructions from the previous question.
Next, in the folder where you have unzipped the distribution, you’ll see subfolders named "Skin_abc", where "abc" will be different screen resolution and color depth – like "Skin_320x480_65000_Colors". Install the skin from the subfolder that matches the features of your Palm OS device.
There is no need to uninstall the wrong skin – it will be replaced during the installation with the new one. |
| 3. How to upgrade a game? |
You have to repeat the installation procedure (to install the game file and, if present, a skin file) overwriting the existing ones.
Please, check the previous question on selecting the proper skin file.

| 1. I’ve registered your game – where is the full download? |
The games are distributes as shareware – this means there is no full download. You can get any demo download, install it and unlock it with the registration code that you have received in the order confirmation email when you registered. |
| 2. I’ve lost the registration key – how to get it again? |
Please, log into My Zone area! There you’ll find a list of all your registration codes...

| 3. Where is the registration key in the order confirmation email? |
Different online sellers call the registration key with different names. The key is a number from 1 to 99999 and is called "registration key", "registration code", "unlocking code", "serial number", etc.

First, please check if the distribution .zip file contains a User Guide – and consult this guide!
